I have been using Tidy Cat non-clumping cat litter for the past 10 years for my cat (well now cats). It was always smelly and hard to keep clean. I am very happy with the results with this cat litter. I scoop it every day or every other day into the Litter Genie and it is just absolutely just as simple as that. The odor control that the duo creates is a miracle. I can actually be in the same room when they go without running off. 🙂

Update. I still only buy this cat litter. There are others that cost less ‘out of the box’ (pun intended) but its efficiency means it actually costs less. I put it on auto-delivery (which saves a bit as well) just because I no longer need to shop around. The definition of Customer Loyalty (it’s what I consult in for a living) means “even when there are choices, the decision is pre-determined.’. I am now a loyal customer of this product. Please try it. And no; no-one paid me or asked me to write this. This is by far any away the best cat litter and even from within the rest of the brand’s products. I don’t like the sicky-sweet scents of scented-litter, and given the ability of cats noses, I cant think they are thrilled. What are the best features and puts it better than the others is that it clumps like a dream and doesn’t break up when you clean it out. Also, it doesn’t stick to the sides or bottom (my cat only urinates in the corners). Last, what remains still clumps and does not smell. the only bad thing is that I now have the tendency to just top it off after cleaning it and don’t fully-empty-and-refill as often as I used to!

We have 3 indoor kitties and this is our monthly go-to cat litter! We have this phat sucker placed on a monthly subscription so we save both money and time. We have two of Amazon’s JUMBO Hooded Litter Pan Set with Microban (Dimensions: 19 X 15 X 17) and this entire 37lbs box fills them both up and lasts us the entire month. I never ever have an issue with dust puffing up in my face or the smell being unbearable. The litter always clumps and rarely leaves any sort of waste behind. We have tried many different kinds of cat litter, including different types of Arm & Hammer litter and this one specifically is our favorite all around.!! IMPORTANT !!- We scoop our cat litter every other day at most.- Our cats do not “free-roam” their food- they are fed twice a day on schedules which without a doubt has an impact on their body functions and how much they go. This also helps keep them in healthy shape so they don’t turn into literal potatoes or whole wheat loafs of bread that you will catch loafing on top of the dryer, on the kitchen table, in the middle of the most trafficked walk-way…….you get my point. We all have known a loafing potato cat or two.- Our kittos have no known current diseases or underlining medical conditions that would make going to the bathroom a frequent and/or abnormal experience. With the above being said, how this litter works for you will differ slightly I would assume depending on how you handle your litter box dooties from day-to-day. Again, we have 3 cats and 2 JUMBO litter boxes and we still scoop every other day. We do not let the litter get so compacted and full that it’s difficult to scoop (you know what I’m talking about). That waste litter and in the end you end up tossing more litter than recycling back into the box.#CatHygiene #KeepTheBeansClean #NoKittyTreatsOnThosePittyPaws

I have multiple cats that I adore that can certainly give me a run for my litter purchasing money. I have tried numerous brands of cat litter and I’ve found that the Arm & Hammer Slide Easy Clean-Up Litter has become a household favorite. I have tried many litters on the market and by far this is the best, but slightly higher in cost than what we I have been using. I have had trouble with other brands with the dust in the house as well as bothering our breathing when cleaning out the clumps. This is the first “dustless” one that I feel is dustless and covers (absorbs) the odors best. I clean out clumps early morning and late night as my cats are about as finicky as I am, they like a clean litter box. Thank you Arm and Hammer, you did good on this one.*This is a non paid/ non biased review.

ONLY litter I will ever use. Will never buy another. This ACTUALLY does as it claims: Clumps up nicely (both urine & poo), easy to scoop, scent lasts. None of our guests even know we have a cat until they see her, so there’s no smelling before seeing! Depending on your box ounces, this litter isn’t as heavy as others. Best bang for my buck & I’m a frugal shopper!

Like most cat people, I’ve tried many litters. I had been using the “precious” one with no complaints, but when I saw the regular A&H Slide, it seemed like a formula improvement and I must say it was better. We have both a Litter Robot and a regular large open litter box. My two 20+ pounds cats use both daily. They are finicky and must have a clean box or they’ll want to go somewhere else… So would I, so I don’t blame them! The Slide works beautifully in the Robot (while the Robot is a daily hassle – saver, the occasional deep cleaning isn’t fun and any delay in the need for that is a big plus). Clumps and cleans up easily in the regular box as claimed. My local store, however, didn’t always carry it consistently and I end up desperate and getting something similar.. Whatever on hand. Neither cats nor I appreciate change from something that’s working. So I jumped on Amazon to check out my options.I never saw or heard of the Platinum version of Slide, and figured it must be at least as good and it is.. Exactly as good as regular Slide but the “hockey pucks” start clumping almost immediately! This is good both for my manual scooping (hurry up and go, furball, I’m late for work!) and for the Robot that is set to rotate /sift at three minutes after use… Not all litter is as good to deal with at three minutes, yuck. After a week or more (!) it’s as though the litter is still fresh… Few of any of those tiny bits that fall off of the clumps as you scoop and are too small for the scoop to grab (I thought they were unavoidable) … So it also isn’t building up a mild odor over time and the cats seem to appreciate it. I actually have to remind myself that it probably needs a full switching out to new litter because it seems so fresh! I do scoop a minimum of twice a day, with the cats on a “bathroom schedule” matching their 2x a day feeding schedule. I had to mature a little over the years into the minimum scooping frequency. Once a day is simply not enough. I am now a firm believer in keeping their bathroom area as clean as possible all day long. They might not say so, but the cats deserve as confortable and clean a bathroom place as I can give them.Bottom line, this Platinum Slide is one of the tools that help make this less fun but necessary task a lot less unpleasant.Price – wise… Eh. No real complaints. It’s available when I need it, it’s delivered to my door, and I don’t have to change things up when I can’t get it locally. I’ve gotten both the 15 lbs box and the larger one, delivered without issue. I don’t need to run out or try something different.

Finally, a cat litter that actually clumps instantaneously, and doesn’t leave behind urine soaked, not clumped loose pieces which leaves a lingering odor. I used to use the most popular natural corn based, flushable litter. You know who I’m talking about. I finally tried Slide per a coworkers recommendation (we work at an all cat shelter and each have between 5-8 cats at home). It really does ‘slide’ right out of the litter box. Doesn’t matter what shape box, whether it’s coated or not. I used rubbermaid tubs from Walmart I cut out entry holes as well as traditional litter boxes that have a special coating. Slide works in all of them. It has a faint, pleasant clean odor that does not bother my sinuses, and zero dust compared to every other advertised low or zero dust litter on the market. I will not be looking back – I was having to deep clean litter boxes weekly (completely dump, bleach, refill) because the natural corn and walnut litters would just smell even after scooping – they just don’t clump well enough. And regular clay litter just gobs up all disgusting. I will never go back!

When Buttercup came to live with us we tried several different brands of litter and decided the Arm & Hammer litters worked best, and then after trying several different Arm & Hammer litters we decided that their Platinum Slide is our litter of choice. Buttercup is not finicky about his litter, and happily used whatever we put in his box, so the ultimate decision about which litter to use was ours. Our preferences are zero dust, least tracking, good clumping, good sifting, odor control, and easy cleaning, and the Arm & Hammer Platinum Slide is the best performer in each of those categories of all the litters we have used.As we are meticulous about the cleanliness of Buttercup’s litter box, the fine grains of this litter allow for a second sifting using a fine mesh sifter which removes the smaller clumps of litter that fall through the 4mm spaces that the standard cat litter scooper has, a task that cannot be performed with the larger grained litters. We have it delivered using Amazon Prime Subscribe And Save, which, along with the other products to which we subscribe, gives a 15% discount, costing us only $21.24 per 37 lb box.

I bought this after watching a video of a couple who had five cats in an RV. They said they’d done their homework and this was the best litter. I never use scooping litter. I always bought the cheapest stuff I could find. I’ve mixed it with pelleted horse bedding to try to make it last longer and smell better. Then I would just dump the whole kit and caboodle and refill.I bought 3-14 pound boxes. I have two cats and it lasted months! I don’t know how it works but it just plain lasts longer. Of course you have to maintain the box but it is wonderful stuff! Something very important- this company makes other “slide“ products. It is essential that you get the platinum multi-cat slide variety. The one in the photograph ! The other “slide” products do not work as well, in my experience. I’m a believer. I’ll never go back to cheap clay litter!

This is the best litter we have found with the forever litter tray. It works best with the auto cat box. Almost instantly it clumps and is scoopable. It does stick a little to the plastic tray but nothing like other cat litter. It comes up super easy. We have 3 cats, one over 9lbs who is the male and 2 under 9 which are females. We have three little boxes and all three use this litter. We subscribe and save with 2 boxes a month and with 3 cats it gets us through. A bit on the expensive side but worth the no hassle of cleaning it. The odor or smell isn’t overwhelming to bother my asthma. Very little to no dust when pouring it out. Love this stuff!
